Aylés has been closely linked to the vine-growing and winemaking world for centuries, because it belongs to one of the historic wine Denominaciones de Origen (Designation of origin, guarantee of quality) in the country. Our vineyards were planted almost a decade ago and once they had settled perfectly and adapted to the climatic conditions of the region, we began to build the present-day winery. Today, the recent history of this project and the wisdom that can only be acquired over time are combined and reflected in the brightness of the vine.

1. Merlot, Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet-Sauvignon

Alcohol:13.5%

Full Body wine ...


Prizes - BACO DE PLATA 2005 as second best Spanish Red Wine Vintage 2004.The vintage 2003 had been awarded two important prizes also: Enoforum2004 and Baco de Oro 2004. Last Robert Parker’s rating for this wine is 87. Peñínguideis86.
