History

Aylés has been closely linked to the vine-growing and winemaking world for centuries, because it belongs to one of the historic wine Denominaciones de Origen (Designation of origin, guarantee of quality) in the country. Our vineyards were planted almost a decade ago and once they had settled perfectly and adapted to the climatic conditions of the region, we began to build the present-day winery. Today, the recent history of this project and the wisdom that can only be acquired over time are combined and reflected in the brightness of the vine.

3.000refers to the surface of the Aylés estate’s surface. Tr e srefers to the three hectares of vines where the grapes for this wine are grown. Our knowledge and experience of the vineyards helped us to select best hectares that give this wine its’unique character. Great care is taken to ensure the grapes are healthy and reach their optimum ripeness before beingpicked, gently pressed, fermented and matured.
