Any order or enquiry please send us an e-mail or PM (private message) . Please follow the below instruction to order.

In your email or (PM), please arrange your orders in the following manner:

Product with the same designs in different colors will bear different item codes.

Drop us an e-mail and we will get back to you on the availability of the item/s you wish to order & the total pricing including shipping costs.

Once you have received the total price including delivery charges, kindly confirm the purchase via e-mail with your payment details. If we do not receive your email within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

Payment Method :

Bank in / transfer (CIMB bank)

-Once you have made the payment, kindly provide us the payment number.

-Upon receiving your payment, we will ship your order within 3-5 working days. A confirmation shipment with the tracking number will be sent to you.

-Payments & the payment particulars must be made within 3 days from the day of confirmation of the final price and stock availability. If payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

-Purchases are not refundable nor exchangeable.

我们尽可能在3天内处理您的订单。

处理订单主要包括：检查您的收货人资料是否完整，检查订单中的商品是否缺货，

如有疑问时和客户进行联系，确认订单内容。

在订单处理完成后，请按照订单的总金额向本公司汇款。

如果您对于订单的价格、配送费用、配送时间等有疑问，可以和我们的工作人员进行交流。



付款：

。在您完成汇款后，请一定尽快告诉我们，并说明您汇款的金额、支付方式、汇款的日期，并说明您的订单号码。


。收到您的付款，我们将运输您的顺序在3-5个工作日内。

。请保存您的银行汇款收据，所有在三天之内未付款的订单将会自动取消！
